Our Firm was heavily involved in the development of HUD’s 232 program for skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We advised and educated HUD on accounts receivable financing for SNFs, the benefits of requiring Master Leases for portfolio transactions, and contributed significantly to the loan documentation HUD uses in its HUD-insured financing in the long-term care industry.
